Their floor crews are top notch. We had 2 areas of flooring done. Sand and stain and a big patch job of hardwood in our kitchen. The work they did was exceptional. We also had full hardwoods put in upstairs. Installation was excellent. The floors look great. If you want great customer service call Ed Furchak with Hatchers and he will take good care of you,- and make sure they follow through. This is what a small business is all about. Great product and great customer service! Try them before you go to a big box store, you won’t he disappointed and their pricing is excellent as well.

Wanted to get our hardwood floors refinished in our home. The oak floors had some water damage and areas on the floor were cupped up. Called Hatcher’s and two other flooring companies for estimates. Ed Furchak from Hatchers came to our home to take a look at the flooring and discuss the process of refinishing. He also took the time to go over the the wood stains and the different types of clearcoats for the finish. He gave us estimates with the different types of clearcoats so we could make our choice of finish. Hatcher’s price on refinishing was very reasonable and they explained the work scope much better than the other two companies. Hatcher’s men started the work on our floors, they covered all the kitchen area and always had the areas clean and safe each day. The finishers were professional, courteous and very hard working guys. Now for the best part, the floors are beautiful, all the damaged areas are gone, flooring is perfect, the floors are smooth as glass, no sanding marks, no minor scratches. The floors look brand new, even better now than when they were installed new 17 years ago. Take my advice, you need any hardwood flooring or refinishing, call Ed from Hatcher’s and they will take good care of your project.
We’ve used Hatcher’s Floors to replace the hardwood floors downstairs, install hardwood upstairs and install wrought iron railings. They worked as a team to get the job done quickly, and they took care of every detail. Everything looks great. They took their time and re-stained the stairs a few times w/3 different stains to make sure it matched the flooring. They have our highest recommendation.

We recently had our floors redone in our 2500 sq’ home By Hatcher floors. My wife and I are recently retired so cost was a major concern. Me being in the customer service industry for over 40 years, quality of the product and the installation process were extremely high on my priority list! Having said that, I could not be more pleased with our decision to go with Hatcher!!! From Tom, who guided us through the entire process to Frank, who lead the installation team. The installers were impressive to watch! Also, Hung and his partner, who did the installation on our stairs, did an amazing job!!! All of the technicians were obviously pro’s at their craft. I score these guy’s at Hatcher’s a big fat 10, totally pleased with the experience from beginning to end!!!
We are so grateful to have found Ana at Hatcher’s Floor. She has been able to turn our new house into a warm and inviting home. Ana was extremely helpful is finding new carpets that fit our style and our price point. She is very kind, knowledgeable, responsive, communicative, and a pleasure to interact with. Along with our carpet, she also helped navigate getting our home painted (top to bottom). The transformation is remarkable. Additionally, the carpet installers were fantastic. They walked me through the installation and were kind, respectful, and quick. Scheduling was easy and timely. The painter was tremendous- a perfectionist. He pointed out areas that needed additional attention– which we really appreciated. The correct carpeting and paint make the difference in creating a warm and welcoming space. We are very appreciative of Ana and Hatcher’s floor! I can’t wait for our next project. Highly recommend- 100 out of 10!
The people at Hatcher Floors are fantastic.The initial call to inquire was with a friendly, personable woman. Then from the beginning with Shannon coming out to do the estimate to the end with the installation and clean up of two types of flooring the experience was perfect. Shannon stayed in touch and followed through with every statement made. The crews that came to install were timely, professional, friendly, efficient, and cleaned up perfectly after both jobs. The floor and stairs look fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The price and quality are the best I found. The price was much less than the other estimates. The materials used are good quality and beautiful. I highly recommend Hatcher’s Floors.
